The recognition behind the studio

In 2017, I earned the Ultimate Wacom Master Artist Singapore recognition and won the Taiwan showdown as part of a team with two Taiwanese artists. That recognition helped me build credibility and momentum for Lionheart Studio—turning an established creative practice into a platform for clients, artists and education.

The role

I founded Lionheart Studio Asia Pacific in 2017. My responsibility connected creative direction with studio operations, client relationships, education partnerships and APAC delivery systems.

The leadership challenge

A growing studio needs a shared quality bar, clear responsibilities and reliable communication. Creative ambition has to meet the practical realities of scope, schedules and client expectations.

The outcome

Scaled Lionheart to acquisition by EASB (East Asia Institute of Management) within five years. Delivered 200+ projects for clients including Facebook, Google, Lenovo, Wacom, Tudor and Genting.

What I bring forward

A founder’s perspective on team building, stakeholder alignment and delivery, informed by direct experience in the craft.

Privacy & analytics

This portfolio uses Google Analytics 4, operated by Google, to understand approximate visitor locations, referral sources and engagement with projects, downloads and contact links. It does not identify visitors by name or LinkedIn profile.

The Google tag loads automatically on dreadjim.tech unless analytics has been disabled in this browser. It uses first-party cookies to measure visits and interactions. Advertising features and Google Signals are disabled. This site does not send your name, email address or contact-message contents as analytics events. Google processes technical data associated with requests, including device/browser and approximate location information.

You can disable analytics using Analytics choices in the footer. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to six months. Disabling stops subsequent collection by this integration and clears its first-party Google Analytics cookies; future visits in this browser do not load the tag while that choice remains valid. This does not erase information previously received by Google. An earlier saved choice to decline analytics is also respected.

Essential hosting services still receive requests needed to deliver the site. Motion preferences are stored locally. Email and LinkedIn links open their respective services.
